How do I go about returning an order?

Any returns must be made within 14 days of the date of delivery. All products must be unopened with unbroken seals and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund. Any apparel items that are returned will only be eligible for an exchange or SHREDZ store credit. If interested in a return, please contact a support specialist atsupport@shredz.com and they can guide you with specific instructions to your order and refund.
